How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This will allow you to track your order through the tracking link on the email. Additionally, your order will usually be dispatched within 24-48 hours.
What is your return policy?
Products may be returned only within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. If an item is marked as Final Sale, this item is non-returnable.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return or exchange an order, please email us at help@anovelo.com with your order number and desired size (for an exchange). We will provide you with a return label to attach to your package to send back to us. Once we receive the returned package, your refund will begin processing. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
When will I receive my refund?
We ask that you allow 2-4 days for us to process your returned merchandise after it has been received. Thereafter, we will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Can I cancel an order already placed?
Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to make any changes to the item size or number of items, color etc, delivery and billing address as well as shipping method. However, you do have a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the 'cancel order' button. After 15-minutes have passed, you will need to follow our returns process.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we do not. Please check that a PO Box is not used, as there will be significant delays if your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address.
Do you ship internationally?
No - Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes – we have several promotional discounts available throughout the year. They will be made available on the site or through promotional emails.
If my style/color is out of stock, would you be restocking?
We tend to restock certain items based on demand. You can sign up for restocking emails for information on the particular product desired.
How do I know my size if I run between sizes?
